30-Day Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons).
  • Accessories and jewelry.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To start the process, please reach out to our customer service team within the 30-day window. We will guide you and provide the necessary instructions and return address.
  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Return Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.
  • Please allow time for us to receive the return and for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. The timing will depend on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing your orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can promptly resolve the issue.

International Returns

Please note that international customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We cannot mark international returns as “gifts.”
